On May 19–20, 2025, we met with 23 students from the third and fourth years of the Baffi Hospitality High School in Fiumicino, for a hands-on workshop at the plant nursery of Maccarese, one of the largest and most important Italian agricultural firms. The pilot session, called Find Your Route, lasted three hours and invited students to explore their potential through a guided experience blending self-discovery and future visioning.

The goal was simple and powerful: to expand each participant’s sense of possibility and help them build a “personal compass” that connects authentic aspirations with a deeper awareness of their own strengths.

The results? 90% of students found the activity useful, and 60% said they discovered something new about themselves. The workshop was also well received by the teachers, many of whom expressed interest in being trained in the methods used.

Following this success, conversations began with local high schools to launch a beta phase of the program. The next step: a full 40-hour pathway delivered during school hours, involving entire classrooms.

In July, we also ran a storytelling, podcasting, and video production course for 12 young people aged 16 to 18, in partnership with the storytelling agency Bonfire. It was a space for exploring creative skills, but also a moment of openness and mutual recognition. A safe environment to express who they are, and begin discovering each other.
