Ready4IT is a professional training program dedicated to NEET youth, designed by Fondazione Italiana Accenture to support young people in entering the job market within the IT and digital sectors.
Unhate Foundation supports this initiative not only through financial contributions but also by providing expertise, educational tools and direct action.
As part of the program, we designed and delivered a training module focused on entering the world of work, aimed at helping young participants transition from training to professional experience.
The module combines lectures, practical workshops and job interview simulations, giving participants the opportunity to strengthen their self-awareness, practice presenting their skills and gain tools to navigate recruitment processes with greater confidence.
Through this collaboration, Unhate Foundation contributes to initiatives that enhance young people’s employability and open new pathways for personal and professional growth.
